Answer: Introduction: The prime purpose of this report is to provide some effective advices theoretically to Vincenzo Soprano, Chief Executive Officer of Sopranos Smallgoods. In recent investigation regarding health and safety of the organization, the auditor has been found multiple instances of lax safety practices by front line workers and a poor attitude towards safety amongst front line staff, supervisors and middle management. Here, the report discusses about the legal responsibilities that the workers and the supervisors need to adhere in order to build safety culture. In this context, it is important to mention that the under certain health and safety laws, the employers are responsible for safe culture management. Certain rules and regulations are outlined as well as maintained by the employers (Dollard et al. 2012). In context of discussing the legal responsibilities of the employers, Frazier et al. (2013) mentioned that the senior managers and the supervisors have some legal duties under the HSIER (Health and Safety Information for Employees Regulations). Under, this specific law, the employers' prime responsibility is to display the safety rules by attaching approved poster in a prominent position in the workplace. Besides, they should provide a copy of approved leaflet to each of the workers. Moreover, they should make sure that all the employees are well aware about the safety rules and regulation of the organization and these need to be strictly maintained. Frazier et al. (2013) added that some specific legislations are there that the organizations should incorporate in their workplace to ensure safety of all the stakeholders. The Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 ensures health, safety and welfare of all persons at work (safeworkaustralia.gov.au., 2016). Besides, Work Health and Safe ty Act 2011 defines that the employers of the organization should ensure that the safety of the workers during the decision making process (safeworkaustralia.gov.au., 2016). Conclusion The study concludes that the workers and the supervisors of the respective organization are not maintaining the safety rules in their workplace. Some responsibilities are there that the employers need to incorporate in order to improve their working environment. Thus, the CEO of the organizations is suggested some recommendations to improve their safety culture. The report has outlined some crucial legislations of Australia which are required to be implemented in the new safety program of the organization. Besides, it has analyzed the issues that the organization has been confronting at present. The investigation brought out the fact that the workers as well as the supervisors are not adhering to safety policies. This behavioral issues put the work culture of the organization at risk. Through analyzing the present situation, the report brought out five effective recommendations which would improve safety behaviors of employees. It is expected that the advices provided to the senior m anagement would help to a larger extent.
